WEB HOSTING ACCOUNTS

You will need a web hosting account to host your podcast and the web page that goes with it.  Because of the size of your podcast files free web hosting accounts just won't work.  So get yourself a professional web hosting account.  I strongly suggest that you use a Apache type web server company as opposed to a Windows server.  The Apache type servers just offer you more bandwidth, server space and other features for a much cheaper price.  You can install FrontPage server extension on these server with a couple of mouse clicks.  I also suggest that you find a web hosting company that has Cpanel which is a very user friendly control panel for your web page hosting.  Cpanel has a built in file manager program so you can upload your podcasts without purchasing an ftp program.  However,  I do recommend that you purchase WS_FTP from Ipswitch.  It's a great ftp program.  The web hosting company should offer you around  1000 MB of Disk Space and 20 GB of monthly bandwidth for around $6.95 per month.  That should last you for a while.
